My AI Policy

I view AI as a tool that is meant to assist us, rather than replace us. I'm very open to using AI in my work as long as it does not compromise security or ethics, or disrupt my learning and personal development as a software engineer. Many of my projects are AI-assisted, but I follow strict guidelines to ensure quality and responsibility.

My Focus on Communication & Collaboration

I believe that effective communication and collaboration are essential for building successful software. I strive to grow both my technical and soft skills in order to provide as much value as possible to my team and project stakeholders.

I Don't Sleep on Innovation

Software is a space where innovation is happening at incredible speeds. To enhance my projects and engineering skills, I strive to stay up to date on the latest and greatest. I regularly read academic and industry papers and blogs, and I'm always experimenting with new tools and frameworks in my free time. I often find myself asking: 'How can I use this to improve my projects?'
