What I did
Reliable SaaS for multiple internal product teams.
I developed and maintained a multi-tenant SaaS back-office application using React, TypeScript, and Node.js, supporting feature requests from several internal product teams. I designed and implemented project-wide localization so the platform could offer personalized, language-aware experiences across tenants.
Day to day, I partnered with multiple microservice teams to integrate and evolve APIs, keeping cross-service communication reliable and platform contracts honest. I also invested in stability work: more unit tests, faster CI/CD pipelines, and shorter deployment times through workflow and build efficiency improvements.
When production issues landed, I balanced rapid resolution against SaaS reliability and feature stability. I designed performance-critical components with careful time-complexity trade-offs, improving system responsiveness and user-facing latency.
