What it is
The scouting team was juggling multiple applications and manual steps to gather and organize candidate data. The tool centralizes that work behind one intuitive UI, automates data gathering where it can, and reduces friction in inter-application communication.
As chief architect, I led the technical architecture and system design end to end, owned backend API development with Python on AWS Lambda, designed and implemented the React.js frontend, and integrated SlimmerAI's AWS SDK for cloud deployment. The team worked in weekly Agile sprints with tight client check-ins.
